Send us your architectural drawings and we’ll create a 3D model of your project, ready for your walkthrough.
If you already have a 3D model, we can work with that too and prepare it for a full immersive experience.
This is where your plans begin to take shape as a real space you can move through.
During Your Walkthrough
Step inside your home
Your session is a guided walkthrough using VR technology at full scale.
You’ll move through your home as if it already exists, with a dedicated consultant guiding you through key areas like layout, flow, room proportions, furniture and joinery placements, window and door positioning and overall usability.
Together, we focus on how the home will actually work day to day; not just how it looks.
After Your Walkthrough
Review and refine your design
After your session, we’ll provide a clear summary of observations and suggested adjustments.
You’ll also receive a flythrough of your 3D model, so you can revisit your space and share it with others involved in your project.
If needed, we can also support with updates to drawings and provide electrical and lighting plans based off your final design.
When should you come to us?
Plans show the layout, but a walkthrough lets you experience the space properly before it’s built.

Walk through your design before submitting your planning application and you will have the flexibility to change anything, both internally and externally, without any restrictions.

Congratulations, your planning permission has been granted.
You can still book a guided walkthrough with us to ensure your internal layout works efficiently for you.
We can focus more so on kitchen and utility functionality, furniture and joinery placements and electrical planning.
